Do I need to check stock availability before placing an order?

Products listed as “Available” are ready for order. If an item is “Out of Stock,” you can use the “Notify Me” option to receive updates when it’s back in stock.

Can I view product reviews before ordering?

Yes, customer reviews from verified buyers help you assess product quality and performance.

How to place an order with Cash on Delivery (COD)?

  1. Add a product to the cart.

  2. Enter the delivery address and select “Deliver Here.”

  3. Choose “Cash on Delivery” as the payment method.

  4. Confirm order details and place the order.

  5. The delivery agent collects payment at the time of delivery.

What is RudraBizz’s return policy?

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please check the product return policy before ordering.

How do I request a return or exchange?

  1. Go to “My Orders.”

  2. Select the item and tap “Return.”

  3. Choose the reason and confirm.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds for cancellations before shipping are processed immediately. For returned products, the refund is initiated after the product is received by the seller.
