- All product prices listed on the Platform are determined solely by the respective Suppliers. RudrabizZ does not set or influence product prices.
- Suppliers are responsible for compliance with applicable pricing and taxation laws (including MRP regulations under Legal Metrology Act and GST compliance).
- Inclusive of Taxes:
- All prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless otherwise specified).
- Tax breakdown (e.g., GST) will be shown on the invoice for transparency.
- Currency:
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.
3. DISPLAYED PRICE AND CHANGES
- Real-Time Price Updates:
- Prices displayed on the Platform are subject to real-time changes based on Supplier updates, promotional campaigns, or other factors.
- Price at Checkout:
- The price displayed at the time of checkout is final and binding, regardless of any subsequent price changes.
- Errors in Pricing:
- In the event of a technical or typographical error in pricing, RudrabizZ reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. DISCOUNTS, PROMOTIONS & OFFERS
- Types of Discounts:
- Supplier Offers: Discounts and promotions provided by Suppliers.
- RudrabizZ Offers: Special offers or campaigns managed by RudrabizZ.
- Terms of Offers:
- All offers are time-bound and subject to availability.
- Offers may vary based on user behavior, location, transaction volume, and other criteria determined by RudrabizZ.
- Non-Exchangeable:
- Discounts, vouchers, or promotional credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Combination of Offers:
- Multiple discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
5. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- Delivery Charges:

8. LOYALTY PROGRAM (SMART COINS) REDEMPTION
- Smart Coins Value:
- Each Smart Coin has a value as displayed on the Platform and can be redeemed on eligible products, subject to a redemption cap.
- Non-Encashable:
- Smart Coins cannot be converted to cash and can only be used as per Loyalty Program terms.

- User Responsibility:
