Returns Policy


The return, exchange, and refund options are provided directly by the respective sellers under this policy. The return policy may vary based on the product category, and the specific return/replacement terms mentioned on the product page will take precedence over this general policy. Please check the product page for applicable return, replacement, or cancellation policies, along with any exceptions.

The return policy is divided into three sections. Please review all parts carefully to understand the conditions under which returns will be accepted.

  • Some products may or may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, depending on the seller’s return policy. Please refer to the product page for details.



  • Cancellations are restricted for certain products beyond 24 hours of placing the order until delivery. However, customers can cancel the order at the time of delivery by refusing to accept the product.

No Returns categoriesCertain products within the listed categories may not be eligible for returns due to their nature or other specific reasons. In all cases, the return policy mentioned on the product page will take precedence.

Part 2 – Return Pick-Up and Processing

If you wish to have the item(s) picked up from a different address, the address can only be updated if the pick-up service is available at the new location.

During the pick-up process, the product will be inspected for the following conditions:

Correct Product
IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and the MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete ProductAll included accessories, such as wall mounts, decorative add-ons, installation guides, fixtures, and any complimentary décor pieces or bundled sets, must be returned in their original condition.
Unused ProductThe product must be unused, unwashed, and free from any stains or damage. All quality check seals, return tags, and warranty seals (if applicable) should remain intact and untampered.

Undamaged Packaging
The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging or box.

Return Acceptance & Refund Process

  • The field executive will not accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
  • For products eligible for a refund, the refund will be initiated once the returned item has been received and verified by the seller.

Part 3 – General Guidelines for a Successful Return

  • If a replacement cannot be processed by the seller for any reason, a refund will be issued.
  • For Open Box Deliveries, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, a refund will be provided immediately (on-the-spot for cash-on-delivery orders). Once an open box delivery is accepted, returns will not be processed unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, category-specific return/replacement conditions will apply.
  • If you did not receive the product but received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 3 days of the confirmation to allow the seller to investigate.
