This Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy applies to products sold by sellers on the RudrabizZ website (www.rudrabizz.com) (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). It gives customers the option to return or exchange items purchased within the specified period mentioned on the product details page, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Returns
When you purchase any product on RudrabizZ, you can check the product details page to see whether the item is returnable or non-returnable.
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Products marked as “Returnable” can be returned within the mentioned return window, provided the conditions stated in this policy are met.
- RudrabizZ reserves the right to reject return requests for reasons such as:
- Product purchased during a special offer or promotion.
- Product not in original condition or packaging.
- Evidence of misuse, damage, or fraudulent activity.
We will not accept returns if:
- The process for initiating a return has not been followed as per this policy.
- Wrong, extra, or missing products are returned.
- There is abuse of return policies, such as excessive returns or fraudulent claims.
2. Return Options
Some products may offer two types of return options:
- Wrong/Defective Item Return: For cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- All Issue Easy Return: For certain products, you can return for any reason (if mentioned on the product page).
Cost of Return
- If the issue is due to the seller (wrong item, defective product, incomplete product), returns are free of cost.
- If the return is due to buyer’s preference (only for products eligible for easy return), return charges may apply.

3. Exchange
You can check exchange eligibility on the My Orders page after delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed only for same product replacements (not different items).
- Exchange is subject to:
- Stock availability.
- Serviceability of your location.
- Seller approval.
- Exchange will not be allowed for reasons like:
- Customer not interested in the product.
- Subjective quality issues.
- Once a product is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
If the replacement is more expensive, you pay the difference. If it’s cheaper, the difference will be refunded.
4. How to Return or Exchange a Product?
- Go to My Orders in your RudrabizZ account.
- Select the product and click on Return or Exchange.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the request.
- Keep the product ready for pickup:
- In original packaging.
- With tags, labels, and warranty cards (if any).
- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The pickup partner may inspect the product for quality before accepting it.
5. Refund
- Refund will be initiated only after the returned product passes quality checks.
- Refund amount will be credited to:
- The original payment method if paid online.
- Bank account or RudrabizZ Wallet if paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Refund timelines:

Instant Refund
- Available only for COD orders.
- Refund initiated within 4 hours of successful pickup if the product passes the quality check.
- Amount will reflect in your bank account in 3–7 days or RudrabizZ Wallet in 2 days.
- Instant Refund not available if:
- Bank details/UPI ID provided are incorrect.
- Return is self-shipped by the customer.
- Technical issues prevent automatic processing.
6. General Guidelines
Before returning or exchanging:
- Ensure the product is in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- IMEI/serial number (if applicable) must match RudrabizZ records.
- For electronics, remove personal data before returning.
- Warranty card (if any) must be included.
